Place is clean, has all of the cooking utensils and dishes you could possibly need is staying in to eat. An amazing wonderful store 5 minute walk from place called Bread& Butter. He makes an effort to greet guests and ensure a seamless and exceptional stay. The food options are limited and prices are slightly costly for the meal provided. “Delightful bungalow steps from L’Esprit and two minute walk to Le Grain de Sel restaurants. About a five minute walk to Saline beach. Landscape is filled with wonderfully fragrant plants. Tortoises visited daily during our stay. Location was easy to find and easy to access other parts of the island. Outdoor kitchen and dining area is lovely (we appreciated the electronic mosquito swatter at dusk). Would definitely return.”

“this is the first time for my husband and I in Saint Martin so we felt a little nervous about picking a neighborhood just off of house photos alone. This property did not disappoint. The house is beautifully appointed with stunning views and everything you need and more. Pascal and Muguet are amazing hosts. Photos of property should be labeled as I was expecting a living area with my unit and got a 1 bedroom unit with no living area.”
