Updated and comfortable Ocean Hibiscus condo! Great location on Butler Beach!

Hibiscus Resort
Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in ocean front resort on Butler Beach. Granite counters, new living room furniture, new carpet in bedrooms and tile floors in main living areas. Master bedroom has own private bath. Pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Enjoy the three pools (one heated) as well as two hot tubs, a work out room and private boardwalk to beach. If you choose you can drive on the beach rather than walk! 4x4 is recommended! Outdoor gas grills located poolside for grilling. We are located on the third floor, walk up to our unit.

You’ll love being on Anastasia Island ! Short drive to Old City with many restaurants and grocery stores close by ! This is a great family resort and down the road from beautiful, historic St. Augustine!

We came down for a few days for our anniversary /vacation. We arrived and self checked in .which was so nice. The owner had all our info emailed to us. Any questions we had during our stay they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Our place was very nice and clean. Very inviting. Had everything we needed and then some. Great condo good value
This is a great condo. Sunsets from the porch and sunrise on the beach or from the rooftop deck. The beach is a short walk but manageable the pools are nice and offer entertainment Close to town and other activities I would stay again if we come back to St Augustine. Owner was great and easy to communicate with.

We couldn't be happier with the attentiveness of the host during our stay. Whenever we had questions, we had the answers within minutes. Checkin process was seamless. The condo is just a few minutes walk from the beach. I loved the rooftop deck where we could sit during the evening and listen to the ocean and enjoy the vista of stars.

This host is great!
We enjoyed this condo very much. The walk to the beach if short, the condo was clean and very comfortably furnished. The neighborhood is quiet. We did have an issue with the internet, but it was an issue with the provider. The host did EVERYTHING in her power to fix the situation. Lisa is an amazing host and really cares about her visitors having a nice comfortable stay.

The Hibiscus is our go to when staying in St Augustine. And we were pleased with this unit. First thing my daughter said when walking in was 'it smells so pretty in here' Everything we needed, the beach cart was invaluable! Plenty of towels and nice little touches like a bowl of travel size toiletries, and a cabinet with extras like lotion, after sun, sunscreen, and even feminine supplies. Quiet pools and the nicest, cleanest, most powder fine sand beach you could ever ask for. Only a 15 min drive to Historic St Augustine. Look closely on the beach, you may find some sea glass or sharks teeth! 3rd floor was less than fun but it was what we signed up for. The beach is about a 5 min easy walk through the resort.

I am new to VRBO and booking a place. I learned to read everything. This condo was lovely. I just didn’t notice that is was a 3 floor walk up! Also, the Property may have beach view this condo does not. It overlooks some trees and near A1A This is just what I learned. The host was great in texting with me. In the roof of our building was a “crows nest” that you are able to go to and see the ocean. It is a wonderful spot Overall again-condo was lovely and we enjoyed it immensely

I have stayed in other condos on this property numerous times. It was the best furnace and included so many items. No run to the grocery store for coffee filters. Trashbags, paper towels, sample shampoo conditioner. It was all there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

St Augustine is exceedingly beautiful and the condo is well located for accessing the beach and the city. We loved the night of the lights, the vibrant atmosphere of the city and the warmth of the people there. The layout of the condo is quite nice. Our stay is comfortable and there is plenty of space to hangout. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the roof top view of the ocean very much too. Lisa is very responsive to our questions and is super considerate throughout. We had a blessed time. Merry Christmas!

Fantastic!
The location of this condo is wonderful only a short 15 min ride to the city easy getting around! Great sunsets from the living room and balcony, sunrises from the roof top deck! The beach was beautiful and a short walk away there was a cart to use for all your beach gear which was very helpful.. Pools were perfect but not heated at the time of our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Just be ready for the three flights of stairs but well worth it, we hope to be back in the future!! I have already recommend it to a few friends! Oh and bring a cooler! :)

Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in!
This property is pretty wonderful. The home decor, the location, the balcony, the price. But most importantly it was so super clean! Short 5 min walk to the beach. Pools are nice. The condo is well stocked with dishes, towels, and extra blankets and pillows which is important to me. This was the perfect spot to enjoy our girls weekend.
