Newly renovated condo. One bedroom, one full bathroom. Laterra Condominiums and Spa has lobby swimming pool, 2 bicycles for your leisure. Also 2 golf clubs open to public within The World Golf Village. A 24/7 Security gate. Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code is 7255. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water, snacks, Klondike ice cream bars, and more provided in condo. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 Vizio Smart TV's, and Direct TV service. Complimentary parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. The location is perfect to access all areas in & around Jacksonville as well as St Augustine. We were all over the place with no problem. Publix across the highway. The unit was very clean, spacious & comfy bed. Hubs enjoyed a Klondike bar, thank you! Extremely quiet with nice blackout blinds for those needing rest. We will go back & highly recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here to visit family. The condo is beautifully decorated with a relaxing color palette and lovely décor with locally inspired art work that gave the unit a real “beach-house” atmosphere. The unit was very clean and well-appointed including a Keurig coffeemaker, and Mint Klondike bars in the freezer 😊). We would definitely recommend this property any time of year.
