Welcome to Casa de' Coquina! This relaxing single-family home located in the charming, sought-after neighborhood bordering Anastasia State Park/Beach. This great location provides for easy access to all the activities that Anastasia State Park offers, including the prettiest beaches in St Augustine! When you return home, take a dip in the refreshing cocktail pool or read a book poolside! Relax on either the front porch or back deck....both great for lounging. There is even a screened in porch for outdoor dining and entertaining!

*Pool can be heated for an additional $150/week to a maximum of 84 degrees. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that we do not heat the pool Memorial Day- Mid September*

Adorable home, not well-suited for those mobility issues
Very cute space, great master suite and three nice other bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Safe and homey neighborhood and a quick drive to beaches and downtown. Nice outdoor spaces. There are a few steps up to the master bedroom, very low toilets and no safety bars in the showers for our senior parents. The master shower head was a challenge to use. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures, and our weather was not conducive to using it. But it would be great to jump into and float around for a while in good weather. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our group loved our stay !!! We had so much fun relaxing on the screened porch and hanging out in/ by the pool when we were at the house. Tons of space for fun activities. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend, you should book now !

Great spot for amphitheater shows!
Stayed here with friends for a parents’ weekend away. Great distance for biking/walking to the amphitheater. Loved the backyard for a relaxing pool day. House is super cute and comfy. Would definitely stay here again and would bring the kids for a family trip!

This house was the perfect size for us, 4 adults, 3 kids. However there weren’t enough chairs to sit at the dining table for all of us to eat together (only 4 dining chairs) and the queen mattress and top bunk bed mattress were very uncomfortable. Loved being able to heat the pool.

Well worth it!
The only, and I mean only downside, is that it is not walking distance to downtown. The home is beautiful with pretty much everything you need, and a short drive over the bridge gets you where you want to be.

The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the state park and the beach. There were trails to walk in the park. Short drive to the historical district. The pool was just right for relaxing when we weren’t going everywhere. Great place.

To start nothing went as planned from having no kids to end up having kids join the girls vacation. It was an incredible place extremely clean and perfect in every way. The decor in every room was unbelievable. The host Marty was great to work with and very prompt to reply to my messages. It will be a place I return to for sure.

Move on don’t rent!!!
Property was not near worth rental fee we paid. Small home!!! Floors were dirty !!!! !!!!!!! Watch out for servicefees you will be charged twice one from VRBO and Fl Choice. And cleaning fee for cleaning is a real JOKE!!!!!! Kitchen trash cans are filthy when you remove trash bags. Refrigerator plainly said over due for water filter. Pool was to cold to get in. And front bedroom didn’t have a CLOSET!!!!

Nice house. Mostly clean.
We had a great time when we stayed at this property. It was very well taken care of and a lovely place to stay. The only issue we had was mainly the kitchen. The sink has a stopper in it and when we washed dishes and pulled the stopper out to clean it the bottom was covered in hair. Long dark hair. Nasty. We also went to cook and one of the pans still had dried up eggs all in. So a little extra cleaning would be nice in the kitchen. The rest of the house was spot on. The pool even though we knew was gonna be small we did not expect the liner to be about to fall in. All four corners were coming loose and about to fall in. But the house and location was very nice.

Our St. Augustine Vacation
We had a great time at our rental in St. Augustine. The only negatives, which were a bit annoying, were that although the house was very clean, we saw multiple roaches during our stay. Also, the toilet seat was broken in the main bathroom. That was mostly just annoying. Also, the pool wasn’t the kind of pool one typically puts in their backyard. This pool was for swimmers. It was small and had a motor that I assume would push water at you to give you resistance. The liner did not fit that type of pool and was constantly coming loose and we had to repeatedly fix it. If we hadn’t kept fixing it, the whole liner would have come off and sunk into the water. Lastly, the beach was walking distance from our house. To get to the beach, you needed to pass thru a locked gate. We were never given the pass code. We had to wait for someone to come by, and they shared the code. In all, we had a great time. I wish we hadn’t had those few issues.

The house is beautiful and cozy. The only information that is misleading is that the beach is 2 mins away, there seemed to be a state park entrance near the house but it was not accessible. It took around 10 mins to get down to the beach and get parked. The local attractions were beautiful for Easter weekend.

Great getaway in quiet neighborhood!
This home did not disappoint. Plenty of room, clean and updated with beautiful finishings. We loved the quiet neighborhood, screened in porch and private cocktail pool for relaxing after a day at the beach. We would highly recommend this property! We would also encourage renters to purchase an annual Florida State park pass ($125) in order to take advantage of Anatasia state park. This way you can use the gate just a short walk down the road. (This is how we walked to the beach everyday.)

Great location and house!
The house was great!! The guest beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked but it’s a rental. Cute house with lots of character and charm. The remotes for the fans did not work and the pool was smaller than we thought. Great location and the neighborhood was nice.
