Moving up to the second floor you enter the first of the 3 bedroom 2 bath units. This unit has a full kitchen, large dining table that will fit the whole group. The master bedroom has a King bed with private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. There are two large doors that open into the Gathering Room with wet bar, pool table, ping pong table, sofa and flat panel TV. The Jacuzzi on second floor is not operational and not for guests to use. Go through the hall and you will find a full bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and another bedroom with 2 full beds. A perfect place for the kids or young at heart to hang out. Head up the the third floor and you will be net with sweeping ocean and river views. The upstairs is separated into two 3 bedroom units. The South unit has a full kitchen, living area with amazing ocean views. Once inside move to the west and you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. These Bedrooms have 2 twin beds, and a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath, flat panel TV and sliding doors that open to an oceanfront patio! Go through the main living room doors and you will enter the main Oceanfront porch with private walkway down to the beach. Exit across the River view patio and you will find the North unit unit has another full kitchen, living area and more amazing ocean views. Once inside move to the west and you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. These Bedrooms have 2 twin beds, and a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath, flat panel TV and sliding doors that open to another oceanfront patio! Parking for up to 8 cars (garage not included) and sleeping for 24.
