Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.

Everything was really nice. We have stayed there a couple of times the only thing is that the master bedroom and the kitchen window does not have window screens maybe have some installed love the fresh air.

The property is quiet, relaxing with direct beach acess. Away from all the tourist crowds with a well appointed kitchen. Close to publix supermarket. Enjoyed our stay.

Quick Getaway
Property was nice and clean, with easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive. So nice to be a quick walk to direct beach access. We had an 8-month pregnant woman in our group and she had no problem with the walk to and from the beach. Super convenient to have multiple pools on site with one very close to the unit. Would recommend and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated condo, it was beautiful with lots of cozy beach touches; very comfortable mattresses and linens. The two porches were so convenient too! We enjoyed the pools and long walks to the beautiful beach. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation
Everything was wonderful. The only issue was we couldn’t check in until 5:30 because the property wasn’t cleaned yet. We reached to the owner and she fixed it right away. Other than that the property was exactly as listed. Very relaxing and nice property. Everyone was very friendly. The beach was a short walk away.

The condo was just like it was listed everything was nice and clean. The walk to the ocean was great. The pools were wonderful. We booked for next year already. Neighbors were so nice And the owners were great no issues at all. Had a wonderful vacation.

Just the right spot
This was a perfect condo rental for 5 of us; four adults plus one teenager. We were in St Augustine for a wedding and the location made it easy to get right into downtown. And we were just a few steps from the beach!

Great Getaway!
This was a great place for a quick get away. Pictures are exactly how we found it. Not far to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet location during the winter. A long walk to get to the beach, but the path is right by the condo along with one of the pools right out the back door. The owner easy to work with. Had to call one time upon check in and she was extremely nice.

We arrived at our rental and the building was covered with scaffolding, with workers doing framing and siding on the building. Owner didn’t think it would bother us. We had to cancel and last minute find a hotel in the area. Very stressful.

Butler Beach condo
The description of the condo is accurate. The inside has been remodeled and was very clean; the beds are comfortable. The unit is located in an older building. Access to the beach was straightforward, but it is a bit of a walk because of the dunes (it appeared this is the case for most properties on Butler Beach). Kathryn (the host) was very responsive and polite.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Owner
This condo is absolutely stunning on the inside. You can tell the owner has put a lot of time into it and it’s definitely felt while staying. The owner was quick to respond with any and all questions. The only problem that we had during our visit is the beach access. The listing said direct private beach access, but you have to make a 10 minute walk to even get to the beach. This wouldn’t be a problem, but we were traveling with a small child who required lots of items for days on the beach as well as an adult with knee issues. The pictures show beach views but you cannot see the beach from this unit. It is very close to a secluded pool, which was wonderful! The owner has also made the front and back porch comfortable for sitting outside in the shade. Overall, great condo just wish I would’ve known about the walk to the “direct” beach access.

Very nice location
Condo was just like the pictures. Nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need to cook if you wanted to. Pools were nice and clean too. Beach was the nice white sand and easy to walk on. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Paradise at my fingertips
