"This was our first visit to St. Augustine. The location of this home was key to a very enjoyable stay! Our days were spent roaming Anastasia Island; beach, lighthouse, biking and kayaking. In the early evenings we would walk across the Bridge of Lions to explore the downtown and have dinner! The walk, and views, enhanced our stay! Chris answers all questions, including great restaurant suggestions."

Although this is not one of those destinations you would sit at in the unit and watch TV, you need to figure out a way to mount the TV on the wall between the bathroom and kitchen above carbon monoxide unit. "“Charming” was so cute and quaint. Perfect for what we needed. We were here to visit St. Augustine so all we needed was a place to relax a little, shower and sleep. Coffee on the porch in the morning was so enjoyable, too. For us, this location was perfect. So close to everything, yet not in the middle of “all the mayhem”. "We had a short stay at this apartment but enjoyed the time we were there. The apartment was very clean however it could use a little refreshing. What concerned us the most was the driveway which was steep. Plus, parking at the bottom of the driveway made loading and unloading difficult. I would be afraid to walk on the driveway on a rainy day. The kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and spices if cooking is in your plans. "This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable: 1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent. 2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high.
