“unfortunately, the pool has been under construction for more than a month ”

“Afternoon and evening staff were unhelpful. Asked for an extra chair. She said they did not have any. Could have me borrow one from the breakfast room and get it returned by 6 am. Asked to have a pen. Gave me one but said i had return it soon. No towel racks in the bathroom. 2nd morning staff did not replenish the cups and took away those we used in the bathroom. Cleaning staff did replace the wet towels.”

“Area around hotel had many homeless begging people for things and was kinda dirty. Hotel was very nice. Room was exceptional!!! We were disappointed that the pool was closed along with the hot tub for renovations. This was not shown on the Internet when we booked. This was a big reason why we booked this hotel. However……the staff, especially Stephen and Robert helped make up for that!! Long story short, our car broke down on our way to Davenport and they held our luggage and drove us to……

“Staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel parking lot was full but we didn’t hear anything in our room. For an older hotel it has been kept up well. Great breakfast, appreciate the later checkout time. Also, for being pet friendly I didn’t smell any pet odor. No complaints. ”

“We have stayed here on for years. It is one of our favorite Best Western properties. Their breakfast is excellent, a full buffet. We left an item there and they called us right away and are mailing it to us. ”
