Countryside glamping with mountain views
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 3 reviews
"At first impression I thought we would not be able to fit in the trailer. But I was totally wrong, it fits 5 people comfortably. And the fridge and stove were better than a hotel. My kids watched movies from their DVD collection. There’s also a wifi! Plus the host Jackie promptly answers my messages if we have some problem. Mostly the problem is on using the trailer, like shower drain, etc. I didn’t know too that the plugs need generator. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The trailer is 30...

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 9 reviews
"Had a very comfortable two nights here. We were traveling from Kings Canyon / Sequoia and although it was kind of a long ride, there aren't too many options east of the parks. The bed was super comfortable and everything was really nice. Snacks were available. We also ate at Gena's Place in Dunlap, which was recommended by several of the guests that had signed the guest book!"

Foothill Retreat Stunning Sunsets Near Sequoia Kings Canyon NP
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 11 reviews
"We were there for 11 days in early May, the weather was about 10 degrees cooler than Fresno for our entire stay (about an hour away). It's close (1-2 hours if you take the north vs south route) to the Sequoia parks/forest, and there's a big cat sanctuary a few miles up the road. The house itself is pretty simple, but did have basic essentials (oil, condiments, several seasonings, popcorn, granola bars, coffee, tea)- enough to get you started on day 1. The kitchen also had a good supply of pots,...

Off-grid 1-bed Cabin in Yokuts Valley
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, 1 review
"This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"

"I liked that the people there running it was really nice! Is a nice getaway for a short stay! What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! Then the next day had to move...
