"We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it."

"The area is great! We planned to leave during the day and return in the evening due to the parking situation downtown. When we were at the loft, we walked everywhere we needed to go - dinner, baseball game and a concert! We had a great time."

"My teenage daughter and I stayed overnight here while we were in town visiting family. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. While we didn't use it much for more than just sleeping we very much enjoyed it. The decorations were nice and the bed was nice and soft. The loft overlooked the town square and since we stayed on a Saturday night it was nice and quiet Sunday morning. Overall, it was clean enough except for the couch cover which may have been clean but had hair and lint embedded in it. "I stayed in Springfield for the GOP convention and although this was a place to stay close to the convention center, I would choose elsewhere next time. The floor was so dirty that I could feel grime with my feet. I took a shower and after getting ready at the sink my feet were already black from the floor. Motorcycles and loud cars all night long. "This was an amazing property!! So clean and fresh and it felt like a being in an apartment. It sleeps at least 4 adults 2 kids. (We had the two king beds and the pullout couch) plus it had a full sized refrigerator and a stove and dishwasher!! Separate bathrooms between the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedroom made it nice too. Plus the blackout curtains were great!! 10/10!!!"
