Taking care of minor problems quickly. The location to the beach was very convenient. I only wish we would have had a better way to get the kayak to the beach.”

“I stayed here with my family in the beginning of May(myself, husband, daughter and her boyfriend and our son). When I think of the perfect beach cottage, Sanctuary Cottage would be it! It’s a comfortable, classy beach cottage with all the modern amenities. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped with just about everything you would need. We are beach people, but the pool was great to have after spending the day at the beach. The location is great, with in walking distance to the best beach……

“We spent two weeks in Spanish Wells and loved every minute! Incredible location! I can’t imagine a better location on the island for enjoying the beach, water, restaurants and town. The water was crystal clear and calm. Surrounded by a beautiful sandbar, which allows for complete relaxation while floating on the various inflatables. “This was by far the nicest property I have rented in Spanish Wells with top-tier amenities! The layout was perfect for my family, which included myself, husband, mother, and 4-year old daughter. It was my mom and daughter’s first time to the island, and they could not have been happier! They fell in love with Spanish Wells like we had our first time to the island, and Bonnie’s communication/local knowledge provided throughout our stay made it that much better! Can’t express enough how great this……

The host (Pascale) was great to work with and provided excellent recommendations for us to help us plan our stay and was quick to reply to any questions throughout. The housekeeper (Olga) was invaluable in allowing us to disconnect as she came daily to refresh the house and even lended a hand with our laundry. Thanks to the onsite generator, even with a spotty island power grid the AC stayed cold, the showers hot, and the TV on to……

“Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!”

“Blue Daze is a very nice house a short block away from the south end of the pink sand beach which is stunning. Appliances are all new stainless steel and large. Large new refrigerator /freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave and gas stove. Our housekeeper, Kava, was superb, cleaning 3 days per week and resolving any questions or problems. Lots of housewares and if we needed something, Kava got it for us. We didn’t use the two attractive bedrooms downstairs'. The master bedroom upstairs is……

“This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. It is very convenient to have coffee, a drink or a meal steps away at Wrecker’s. The staff there are really great. ”
