"Melody had talked to my mother and travel partner for this trip about our questions prior to going. She met us at check in and it was a great addition to all of the very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was ok but not worthy of the cost in my opinion. "

"Great location for walking the Mall. On site restaurants were very good, which came in handy because there are really no other restaurants in the area except food trucks and Starbucks. Only thing that upset me was that there was a bit of black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable"
"This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. "Excellent service, clean and cvs next door making it very convenient. 10 min walk to the mall and White House. There is a park right across with a lot of tents where homeless live which did give me a little worry but no issues and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My room was a regular style hotel room, I only wish there was a microwave available. The food was good, but the whole city runs in slow motion and would take a long time for you to get it. Then we wouldn’t have time to eat our food before going back to our conference. Our friends were in a room that was a communal room. Bunk beds and lockers for them to secure their items from the strangers that shared the room with them. I had not experienced anything like that here, but have seen it overseas. "
