He arranged travel to and from downtown and golf during our three day stay — he actually drove us himself early one morning. We had also arranged for a car service to drive us from Ballybunion to Lahinch, but they showed up in a small vehicle and we had three set of golf clubs luggage. "Another wonderful stay at the Castlemartyr Resort ! It never seems possible as you leave, but each time you return the offering seems to improve. We received an upgrade to what are already some of the most comfortable and spacious hotel rooms in Ireland. We also enjoyed a visit to Terre, their 2 Michelin Star restaurant. Based on that experience, I suspect they are well on their way to a third star soon. The resort really is a place apart - recommended."
