“Everything was great except the tv and internet wasn’t working. Sigh. This may date me, but I miss just regular tv. A few channels that actually just work. There were different apps on the tv that just wouldn’t work. To be fair, I didn’t ask for help. We were too tired and just went to bed. The man at the front desk was SO nice. All of the employees looked so nice and were helpful. The bed is much better than my bed at home. I definitely recommend…just be prepared to fight for your internet and……

“Hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. I booked through hotels dot com and was already charged and then the lady at the hotel charged me again. Good thing I caught it. I felt the price of this room was way over priced.”

“酒店没有便捷的通道通往房间，需要使用楼梯。这样拿着大箱子就有点不方便。酒店没有接送服务，从亚特兰大机场坐车到奥本后只能使用当地唯一的出租车，而不能要求酒店接送。房间地毯看起来很脏，没有面巾纸，洗漱用品很简陋，整理房间的人服务很差，我请求一个牙刷，要了2次最终也没有给到我。早餐蛮简陋的，主要就是鸡蛋和肉饼，以及华夫饼酸奶和一些水果。。总体来说比较一般。热门时期价格比平时贵一倍。空调声音很大。周围有很多美食餐馆，走走还有沃尔玛。”

“You can definitely tell that it is an older building. However, you can also tell that the staff/management is working very hard to keep the property well maintained and updated as possible! I got a chance to speak with the general manager, and he was a very kind, driven manager. He was working with his staff to help keep the property maintained early in the morning. The rest of the staff was also very personable and easy to talk to. ”

“Check in begins @3pm, we arrive around 11 maybe 12 ish... Which was okay because we went across the street to the casino. room #216. bathroom door wouldn't close completely. refrigerator kept rocking. We noticed the support it was sitting on was dry rot. *Sunday morning we didn't request housekeeping, only clean towels and wash cloths. This was @ 9:30am. We were told that the towels were beginning was washed and would be placed in our room, once they were ready. 6pm still no towels, we had……
