No complaints. Reception was nice and check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and bed were comfortable.

Easy check in an out, friendly staff, free parking which is a plus, close to airport and central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The hotel is tucked in a very quiet corner, though the Maine Mall is very close and you can walk to it. Amenities are basic. There are plenty of dining options around - I chose to go to nearby Olive Garden, only 3 min driving from the hotel. I arrived late, but the late dinner (after 9pm) was pleasant. Portland Maine is a cozy town with a bit of Boston flare; everything is within 10-15 min drive, so no need to be discouraged by the location. The hotel is clean, quiet, the bed is cozy. The staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful. There are a few other similar hotels nearby, and the services are all similar. Plenty of parking space in the back of the building, but you cannot access to your room from the backdoor. The backdoor is closed, no card keys are working.

Enjoyed our stay overall, but housekeeping should be sure to disinfect the headboard better between stays. Just a word of advice.

I booked this room for one night, only to find it was the wrong night. I called IMMEDIATELY to change the night and was told it would cost More Than Twice the amount--because it was a weekend. More than Twice the amount. I asked to just cancel and get a refund. 10 minutes in--and they said NO, this is a nonrefundable room. 10 minutes--for a wrong date. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL.
