"Unit was in need of maintenance: Broken knob on shower diverter, loose towel bar, loose bath faucet spout, bath drain very slow. I would expect these issues to be checked after each checkout and repaired prior to next check in. Not sure of your process. These issues did not hinder our stay however they were a slight inconvenience. We had to leave a day early prior to checkout instructions so I hope all is well with checkout. Thank you."

"We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

"Hosted a bachelor party at the property. Beds galore! Clean, spacious and a short Uber to the bars in center city. Would recommend all day!"

"We loved this house - it is beautifully renovated and very well-equipped. Lots of room for a family. Parking is easy and the location is good for visiting the city centre. Great communication from the owner. We did find that two of the bedrooms were very bright and there was street noise throughout the night in the front bedroom. Proper curtains would help a lot with this. But overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"This place was wonderful. A few kitchen items we missed but nothing too serious. Fairly close to grocery store, we walked there but got an Uber back. Was quiet at night. Wish we had more of time to walk around the area a bit more. "

"Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family."
