"We enjoyed this property very much. It is well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap. The ice maker, dish washer and laundry all worked well. Hot tub was very clean and warm. The location can't be beat in Port Orford. We walked most anywhere we needed to go. The grocery store is a short drive. This is a well laid out house. If you want to go to bed early, the master bedroom is far enough away from the living room to cut down...

"The house and overall surroundings are beautiful and safe. We had minimal issues. A couple of things, such as the can opener and closet hinge, were broken. The cleaning service could have done better... We found used tissues upstairs, a random unpackaged pill in the kitchen and some kind of ash or something like it in the master bathroom. "Very clean property and great layout for family gathering. We enjoyed our stay and experienced a true Oregon beach vacation, with sun, surf, sand and storms all regularly visiting us. Property is a quick walk to the beach (note there is not a lot of beach at high tides and bring your own beach towels from home). The location is peaceful and near many outdoor activities but the nearby town is very sparsely populated with food or things to see or do. Property management was very responsive....

"Small cottage off the road, down long private drive with steps to the river. I was looking for absolute solitude surrounded by beauty and it was exactly what I received. At dusk there was a group of deer feeding in the field. I saw woodpeckers and so many other bird species. I took day trips for hiking and returned to a peaceful retreat."
