"Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!"

"When we pulled up we could hardly believe how ideal the house is situated on the bay. It is a fun layout with lots of beautiful views of the water, comfortable rooms that accommodated 7 adults (mom and dad, children and friends), and everyone was happy. Just sitting in the yard right on the bay is great. Kayaks at the house and easy launching into the bay add an extra nice feature. "First, Reginald is amazing, super responsive and the property had everything and more. OMG the property location is center to everything whether driving or taking an Uber. Plenty of space and great on street parking. If you are in the Phila area this is the place for you!!!!"

The cabin was well-appointed and clean with everything we needed, including fresh eggs, blueberry muffins, coffee/tea, and AC. We enjoyed exploring the large property with private trails, scenic pond, fields, chicken coop, and more.
