"The Copley Hotel was an excellent location in Back Bay. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful (somewhat). I wish that they would have greeted customers when they came in and left the hotel. Everything around the hotel is so convenient!"

I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved...

"My family and I spend 6 nights at Copley House and we loved the location of this property, accessibility, safety and the proximity to main attractions . The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, Oscar was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The only issues we had was the noise from other apartments in the building, which was particularly disruptive late at night and specially over the weekend when more people was in the building. "
