The kitchen staff were not as helpful as they could have been. This morning there was not enough omelettes out and I had to go in the hallway behind the entry desk to find someone to help. And they acted like I was putting them out of their normal routine. The oatmeal was soupy the entire time we were there and bananas should have been tossed.

Poor housekeeping. The only service that was offered was towel exchange. I asked one day if they could vacumn. The fitness center had an empty dispenser for cleaning wipes. I asked housekeeping about this and she said, we need to order them. The womens restroom in the lobby was dirty. Definitely had notbeen cleaned well in a few days. Laundry room had one working washing machine. Front desk had to go out to get quarters. No umbrellas available to borrow and coffee was out most mornings.. We would not stay here again.

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Homes2suites in Elkhart, IN. The room was clean and inviting. Liked the full kitchen and the overall stay was great!!!!!!!!!

Everything was wonderful about the staff and property except we didn’t have the correct room upon arrival. The staff told us that Expedia did not tell them we needed a two queen room for 6 people. They tried to give us a king room. After much discussion they said they moved another customer out of a two queen room to accommodate us. Not sure what happened as our Expedia reservation said a two queen room on my end?

Didn't like-Was told that grab and go breakfast sandwiches would be ready at 630 for swimmers who were occupying the hotel, nothing at all was ready. Hotel shower might as well been non existent as the water pressure was so low you couldn't get the shampoo out of your hair. The refrigerator was on its coldest setting and couldn't keep anything cold. Surrounding area felt unsafe. Best they could do for a late check out was 12:30 Like-Room was clean, centrally located around main roads and restaurants. I WON'T stay here again

Very friendly staff. Pool clean and inviting. Spacious room with full size refrigerator, kitchenware, clean up supplies, extra blankets and pillow. No ( or missing) luggage carts so be ware! No conditioner in toiletry supplies so take your own( shampoo and body wash attachment on shower wall).breakfast food and drink ends early so get there asap. Nice Jimmy Dean sandwiches, homemade omelettes, make it yourself waffles, with m&ms, and nuts on the side, yogurt. Coffee available in lobby on check in. Don’t take room 216 as the door only locks if you pull it far and slam it! Overall good.
