"I really enjoyed this stay in Burlington! We were looking to explore downtown Burlington and Lake Geneva, and this location let us do both. It was clean upon arrival with perfect amenities. The host communicated abundantly on the day of, and a few days prior. Upon arrival, there was a binder with all of the things we could do in the area and recommendations, which we thoroughly used and enjoyed. We would recommend to anyone looking to book near Lake Geneva or Burlington."

"Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Provided great recommendations for the area. The studio was beautiful. All remodeled with up to date everything. Even the towels were amazing! Highly recommending staying here for sure. We really enjoyed the weekend. The backyard was amazing too!"

"The ONLY bit of an issue was that there is some sort of (what I think may be a backwash cycle with a pump or septic system) noise that comes on next to 2 of the bedrooms. This often happened randomly in the middle of the night and it can be a little loud. If it is indeed a pump, maybe it could be set up and scheduled to come on only during the day. Everything else was very clean, nice, and updated."

"Our family loved the stay here! With lots of charm and plenty of space, we felt at home right away, and our kids kept asking to go back to the "new house" so they could play on the bunk beds and flop around on the big sofa in the living room. The location is perfect, too, with quick access to the beach, downtown Racine, grocery stores, and plenty of beautiful neighborhood streets for a walk."

The owner is a great communicator and check in was easy. Loved the welcome sign with my name at check in. I would definitely stay here again should we come back up to Racine in the future!"

"Overall a great stay! The host thought of everything! From extra blankets/ linen, coffee, even extra toiletries in case you forgot. The apartment is beautiful. It was a great place for my husband, baby, and I to unwind after visiting family."

"My family and I stayed here for my sons Navy Bootcamp graduation. It has 3 rooms. 2 of them have beds. One is a king I believe. The other is a California king, it was sooooo comfortable. The pillows and blankets were like the nice hotels. The other room had bunk beds but it was a full size on the bottom and twin on top. Only reason I’m giving a 4/5 stars is bc that bunk bed was uncomfortable and did t seem safe. The girls only slept there one night."

"This is the second time we stayed at The Retreat. LOTS of space inside and out for our family to gather. Kids age 3-10 could not get enough of the heated pool and the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub. We added an 'exrra' and had a small family reunion one of the afternoons and the place was perfect for this. Game room such a bonus when it rained. We didn't need to leave the property but some checked out 7 Mile Fair. Communication with the owner was timely. I'm sure the family will vote to...
