"The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view. "
