"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"We were in Atlanta for a graduation at Georgia Tech and this apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Home needs a little TLC. There’s no washer and dryer even though listing shows one. When asked I was told they were in the process of replacing but the washer/ dryer area were it would be looked like it’s being used as storage. The tvs both had issues connecting to the WiFi. Back deck was unsafe and we were notified at check in not to use it which also meant no BBQ access. They’ve replaced some of the hardwood floor but not painted it and there’s been some Sheetrock patching done but it’s not...

"People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place."

"I was in Atlanta for a week visiting family and working remotely, and this terrific apartment made for a great week. A clean, modern apartment with ample room for one to two people, with in-unit laundry to support longer stays. The location is great - directly across from a grocery store and just a block away from a stretch of fun bars and restaurants, and also easy to get to and from the airport. Communications from the host were very clear, making the whole process smooth throughout."

"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. "

"My two adult children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again."

"Everything was great for us except the parking situation. It was very confusing and we ended up getting boots on all 3 cars; however, the host was VERY helpful and sent us most of the money back in return for the mishap. Would stay again but would want clearer instructions on the parking situation. Other than that, very clean, nice, responsive, and helpful! The place was about an 8-minute walk from the Fox Theater!"
