Also worked well for two days of telework, with a great office alcove with desk and the dining table in a separate room for a second teleworker. So much space in the apartment and close to everything. Easy and free street parking in April (I understand that changes to metered street parking in the summer)."

The only complaint I have is that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, which I believed to be provided for us. Also, if you are planning to be out of the condo and come back late at night, be wary of high tide. "We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!"

"Fantastic location. Third floor but very easy climb. Rear stairs to second floor entrance, hallway to Apt door and stairs. Impeccable interior. Plenty of room, Small shower is the only caveat. Huge bonus is off street parking. Management was very responsive on a couple of small issues."

"Overall a lot left to be desired. The contract states they have until 6pm to clean the house but check in is at 3pm and not a second before... I can tell you if my house was not cleaned before my check in I would be passed. However, this house was barely clean, spent the first hour cleaning and the grill was filthy had to scrub it. They had a fee if you leave the grill a mess so probably pocketed the money from the previous tenant and still left it a mess for us... The AC in the small bedroom...

"This was the perfect place for our family Vaca!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. A lot of privacy is provided by the shrubbery and the beach is just a few steps away. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it and definitely hope to return again. The sunrises on the beach were spectacular and there is a wildlife viewing area within walking distance for the most glorious sunsets. Definitely recommend."
