"As a regular visitor i can say with ease that this is one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at in Singapore. The staff are always friendly and polite at any time of day and from check in to check out always great to deal with. They are also helpful and knowledgeable in every regard and always make my partner and myself feel like VIP guests! "Good location with i12 mall next to. Walkable and convenient with many bus routes. Pretty good breakfast. My 3 day stay would be perfect except the housekeeping attendants were so loud speaking their dialets up and down on the hallways i cant get anything done. Once they woke me up while taking nap."

"Overall, the service is fast and staffs are friendly. However, the locks of the room are old and a lot of visitors are banging their doors just to lock it. It can get rather disruptive to your sleep at times as you will hear your neighbours banging the doors. This happen especially on the rooms on level 1. I think it’s time to change the locks of the doors! "
