Beautiful hotel a 10-minute MRT or taxi ride to Changi Airport, opening onto a shopping center with excellent food. (restaurants, food court, 2 supermarkets). Hotel staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Services at the hotel are excellent, including self-service laundry and swimming pool. Kitchenette in the rooms (although you're not going to be able to cook as well as the food court next door). A very reasonably priced luxury hotel. Highest recommendation.

Nice hotel and convenient location for an overnight airport connection. I was worried about arriving after midnight, and wanted to be sure there was 24hr check in. Property did not respond to emails prior to arrival nor did did they answer the phone the night of arrival. I took a taxi to the hotel anyway to find staff in place and kindly handled my late check in. Everything except communication was great.

Nice hotel clean and quiet. 1 stop from Changi airport on MRT. A little difficult to find if using MRT signs for hotel disappeared. Check in at hotel was cold and efficient not friendly at all.

Great stay, clean, comfortable and convenient
I had a late check-in earlier this week. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. I like that it was quiet too and was a good respite after a long haul flight. It was a cosy room and good use of space. Ie. The couch in front of the bed is a nice touch. Some things to highlight but not a deal breaker: I thought it would have been better to have the closet outside the bathroom instead of it being in the bathroom. The water in the shower runs cold for a brief second and then super hot. So that just comes as a surprise. The gym is sufficiently equipped with weights but can do better for the bike. The two bikes aren't the training bikes with resistant knobs. All in all, a great place to stay and I would probably choose this place again for a short stay. It's also right next to the mall so it's pretty convenient for food, necessities and grocery.

We arrived at 0900 and they let us check into the room early which was so appreciated as we were very jet lagged and needed to sleep. Blackout curtains and a quiet room with great AC were welcome as well. Friendly staff.
