"This little house was perfect for our family to use while visiting family in the Simpsonville area. My son (3) called it our “adventure” house. While we didn’t use them, I appreciated the washer/dryer capabilities. There were plenty of linens provided and the space and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place and just what we needed!"

"This was my first time renting a house ever so I wasn’t sure what if it was going to be like the pictures but it sure was. The home was absolutely wonderful. The check in and check out process was easy. Mr. Oleg was very kind and easy to get a hold of. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip and would definitely recommend!!"

"Greenville was our family’s Spring Break destination this year. We were blessed to find this exceptional home to stay in. Jessica, our host, was easy to work with. The home was beautifully decorated and inviting. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our group of 9. The location was great. We do a lot of VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed."

"We had what could be a major issue that the host resolved quickly. Great communicator!! The property has a few little quirks typical for a VRBO. (Very limited counter space in the kitchen, door locks on the bathroom) Biggest win is the location. You can walk to numerous great restaurants. We had a golf weekend and there were some great courses in the area."

"House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list."

"The location of the property couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I wanted to see as much of Greenville as possible and we didn’t move our car until we left.
