Come enjoy this adorable 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom centrally located Siesta Key Condo with large heated pool! The condo is a quick 10-15 minute walk to beach access 12 (Crescent Beach); or if you prefer, there is a free trolly that can pick you up any time and take you to any of the multiple beach access points on the key, including the infamous Siesta Key Public Beach! This quiet 5th floor condo is completely equipped to handle your Siesta Key vacation. The unit includes a King size bed in the primary suite with private bathroom and shower tub/combo. The 2nd bedroom features a full size bed and one twin bed with direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, full size fridge, butcher block counters and all the cooking utensils you need to make yourself at home. This unit also includes a full size washer and Dryer. In the storage closet on the porch you’ll find beach chairs, pool noodles, beach toys, large cooler and wagon. The Bay Oaks Condo community has a recreation facility and tennis court. Additionally, the grilling/picnic area and fishing pier on Sarasota Bay inter-coastal waterway allows you to watch the boats go by and catch/cook your dinner. No driving necessary! The Siesta Key Trolley departs right in front of the complex, which will allow you quick access to the Island Life of Siesta Key Village with many restaurants and shopping, or if you prefer you can take the trolley south to Turtle Beach Park. Accurate description
The unit is well equipped and clean. The bedding is comfortable. AC works well. Laundry with provided detergent is in the unit. The building is quiet and we slept well. Communication with Kelli was amazing. She’s so responsive. The only issue, which is clearly disclosed, is the walk to the beach access points. If the walk doesn’t bother you it’s great. The free trolleys were good and the drivers even helped us load up the massive number of beach toys, boogey boards, chairs and umbrella into the trolley. All of this was provided!!!! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice 2 bed condo. Great location for the trolley to Siesta Key village and Turtle Beach. A little walk to the beach access point if you have kids, however the equipment provided helped to get everything to the beach and back. Pool area was good for the family before heading to the beach. Overall great family stay.

We loved our stay in this sweet condo. The home was just the right size for a beach vacation. Loved the easy location and how many options there were for free transportation around the island. Pool was great for the kids. Will definitely book again.

TERRIBLE! You have been warned! READ BELOW & don’t let yourself get fooled into wasting your money!
Warning (cockroaches/rats & wasps in building) There are 5 wasp nests outside the KING suite & ONE ACTIVE wasp nest ON THE ACTUAL WINDOW! When I told the host “the queen of excuses” “Kelli” she eventually just told me to go argue with her HOA!! Which I did & they aren’t nice! couldn’t even sleep & the other room does not get dark enough to sleep in because the lights in the hallway are too bright and the noises between the elevators and the door slamming THESE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! You hear EVERYTHING.. the other bedroom is unusable!! The apartment below me was having a cockroach infestation, and the renters had to leave I talked to pest control & the owner of that one named Byron and he was there actually doing the pest control whereas my host told me they don’t do the pest control themselves, and I had to go argue with HOA!! There are rat traps “glue traps” throughout the apartment so if there’s a catch you’ll have to dispose! I found droppings but cleaned them up when I arrived & there’s also cockroach baits I have pictures of all this by the way in case the queen of excuses Kelli wants to come on here and try and make more excuses!! She sent me winky faces, and tried to flirt with me instead of doing anything or refunding any of my issues! (I have the screen shots).. The ad said bicycles are included but of course when I messaged her about that, she said they got rid of them, and I should go rent bikes and spend more money… SHES TERRIBLE!! You have been warned!! SCAM!!

Very nice condo! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Heated pool. Tons of beach toys, chairs and wagon!! Walking distance to Captain Curt’s. Just a heads up you do need to drive to the beach access spots. No big deal for us but not as close as we anticipated. The kids loved fishing off the pier in the evenings and watching the boats in the bay. Trolly not a frequent as advertised but there are a lot of public transportation options available. Overall great spot!! Thank you!

Overall stay was great. Couple updates could be done to make stay exceptional. Sparebeds bedding felt like there was sand on bedding. Only complaint. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, umbrella, and water toys. That was wonderful to have. Plenty of room for the four of us.

Great stay! One suggestion.
We loved the location and condo set up. Just enough room for the 4 of us and we like having extra space. Everything you need is provided. This place is clean and well decorated. I have a bad back and slept on the king which was a solid good mattress. However, the queen was a bit more like sleeping on a cloud and the twin bed mattress was leaning crooked. We did not inform the owner and she may have been able to adjust the twin somehow -so this may be a non issue in the future. However, a new mattress would be recommended for the queen. With that said if you like that sort of mattress, then this place would be a 10 out of 10 for you 🤗. Owner was prompt and pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful stay with all the stuff!
This condo offered more sq footage than beach side and bigger bed in the second bedroom. The beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, etc. were all included and accessible from the unit. The kids appreciated the beach theme and boogie boards. The pool was really nice but could use some new loungers (looking old). Having a washer and drier in the until was amazing!!! I wish it was a little closer to public beach access but we drove and had a car so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would stay here again!

Condo was clean. No wash clothes which I found odd. No instruction on how to get into the pool or clubhouse. One of the guests told us we should have a fob on a string to use for access. Once I found it no problem but would have been nice to have a note posted in kitchen with information

Super Siesta Key Getaway!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! Condo was clean, quiet and even more spacious than it appears it the photos. Excellent layout and location for our family. It does not have direct beach access (as others have mentioned). However, you can easily hop on a trolley or one of the free ride services to get there - they pick up right in front of the complex. However, we had friends staying directly across the street on the beach side so it was perfect for us! The complex has a nice heated pool and a tennis court - we used both every day! Beds were very comfy - got some great sleep (much needed!). Screened in balcony has great view of the sunrise every morning! We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we had some issues and Kelli was quick to respond and take care of them. She was a good host. The location of the condo made it easy to get to the beach or the village. The condo itself is outdated and needs a facelift. The bedding and linens need to be updated. We had to use the pull out sofa a couple of nights and had to borrow bedding from our friends staying in another unit as there were non available. The common areas of Bay Oaks needs to be cleaned more often. We loved Siesta Key but would we stay at Bay Oaks or in this unit again, probably not.

Lovely apartment in Bay Oaks
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The owner anticipated all beach and pool needs, and supplied everything needed to enjoy the area. Best part? Screened porch overlooking pool, with views of the inland waterway with Sarasota in the distance. Highly recommended.

Old property with many resident rules. No recent updates in the property about how to utilize tennis court--it was locked and we spent all our designated time one morning trying to figure that out. Construction going on that affected our ability to get in and out and walk to and from the beach. The walk to the access was 1/2 mile and the traffic was terrible so I would not stay in this particular location again. There was no extra toilet paper except what was on the current holders, no paper towels, the kitchen did not even have salt and pepper. One bed did not have a top sheet and no extra sheets were in the unit. Was the quilt washed?? The host was repsonsive and told us this was a cleaning crew issue. We were refunded $20. I am disappointed that VRBO does not have more oversight. I would recommend that you have some standard so guests can be better prepared. Perhaps some categories: Bare minimum; basic supplies; and well stocked with guidelines for what should be included in each one for the kitchen and other supplies.

Good location for us as we have friends with unit in Excelsior, two properties away. Were able to book for less than one week (5 nights), which was perfect for our schedule. Our unit was sufficient for our needs - clean, plenty of space, adequately furnished. Quality of materials a bit on the low side, but understandable for a rental unit.

An amazing place! Perfect space for our family of 5 with 3 older teens.
The host was so prompt and efficient with communicating. The area is amazing. Only thing I didn’t factor in was the distance to the beach but we had a rental car to drive. The condo had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely stay again!

Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway!! Your property was perfect for our family. We loved being on the fifth floor with the beautiful views. The unit was so quiet and peaceful. The heated pool was a plus and we were able to take several walks to the beach and use the trolley to go further into the village. We will definitely be back!
