I had a good experience staying in this hotel. It is a clean and tidy room, the hotel is surrounded by green trees, it looks lovely in the morning. Breakfast was good and the service and reception were friendly, I would recommend. If I had the chance to visit Siem Reap, I would stay at this hotel again.

Good and nice hotel . Staff been so friendly and helpful. Receptionist help me with local sim card and i got really good deal and have internet while i visit temple . Breakfasts was okay and room is clean and quiet.

Gorgeous. Great staff
Absolutely beautiful place. Elegant even, for such a low price. Lots of plants. 2 pools. Decent breakfast buffet. Other restaurant meals subpar with tiny servings, though. But very happy and they set up temple tour with guide and tuk tuk for me. Would stay again for sure.

Everything went well The service is fantastic, the room and the access to the pool made my stay so much enjoyable! Staff absolutely wonderful, professional and very helpful. I got as well a massage which was a pure moment of relaxation and well-being I highly recommend the hotel.

Decent room but TV wasn't working. Not buffet breakfast that they served but decent enough for breakfast. Staffs were polite. Came with complimentary welcome drink, cocktail and 30 mins foot massage.

The staff was kind and helpful. When our room was cleaned, dirty towels were removed, but new towels weren’t always replaced. We found rodent feces on the floor. The front door was warped, and the balcony door didn’t seal, allowing a small opening. The pool was nice and refreshing. The coffee at breakfast was sometimes room temperature, but the fresh fruit was amazing. The included breakfast needed improvement most of the time. The laundry service was handy, but some items weren’t completely clean, and once we got someone else’s shirt. The hotel sent a tuktuk driver to the airport to pick us up, and we continued to use him the entire time. He did an awesome job! If improvements are made, we would be happy to stay here again.

Friendly staff. Booked a room with a garden view and was given a musty room the view being a concrete wall about 1 metre from the window. No choice but to pay for an upgrade. TV and phone did not work. I asked for it to be fixed and 2 days later they had not even bothered to check it. Found later you can stay in a proper 5 star hotel for about $10 more than we paid. They did organise a good guide for Angkor Wat.

The hotel looks like it was probably very nice when it was first built, but absolutely has not been maintained. Our towels were stained and the edges were unraveling, the drapes were stained. Tile and grout in the pools were missing. The hotel was quiet at night and the grounds were pretty. We walked everywhere but it was not easily walkable. Maybe slightly too far from the core of town.

Nice hotel in central location. Good value.
Short visit to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat. This was a convenient, centrally located hotel in Siem Reap which was walkable to all the downtown destinations. Good value. Great breakfast daily.Would stay again.

I'm a retired US Naval Officer and I've traveled more than the average person around the world for the service and for pleasure. Ladear is a quality Boutique Hotel with a wonderful caring management and staff. Helpful, friendly, caring, fun and kind. This was my second visit to Siem Reap and if I return i will definitely stay with Ladear Hotel again.

Unfortunately, we did not start well as we were told that we had a room other than the one I had booked as there was a problem with their system! Eventually we were given the pool access room I had booked and paid for, but our first night was in an old room, called the cabana room, which was extremely old and in bad condition! It had a three way bathroom and each section of it was tiled and finished differently! The toilet door did not close ; the facilities were just old! We were given a free massage and free dinner for our trouble but unfortunately that experience set the mood for our entire stay in Siem Reap. What I objected to the most was the fact that they tried to convince me that the room I had payed for, was the same as the old room they offered as a substitute !

Great little hidden gem not far from Pub Street
We travel to Siem Reap regularly for work and we always stay at the Ladear. It's in a quiet neighborhood within an easy walk of Pub Street and the River. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the beds are very comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the breakfast buffet is great! We love this little hotel and will return there again soon.

We had an amazing stay at ladear privilege rooms. We stayed at the room with pool access and it was wonderful, we enjoyed the semi-private pool and the room is big and beautifully furnished. We were picked up for free from our previous hotel and we were surprised with a wonderful welcome reception and flowers on our bed with our names written on it. The other amenities and services were also great like the free bicycles, the bath tub, free breakfast buffet, welcome drinks, tour assistance and thier restaurant serves delicious meals for lunch and dinner. Would like to thank their manager mr.soben for assisting us and arranging everything for us to have a wonderful stay.
