"The town house was new. The biggest problem was the heat the furnace was upstairs where the bedrooms are. The living room and kitchen were cold, and it was extremely hot upstairs and there was only one zone. Also, no shades or curtains except in one bedroom and they were shear, we felt exposed. The primary bedroom had no pillowcases and we only had two bath towels. Suggestion put a gas heater in the living room. Overall it looked worn."

"Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed. Our only complaint about that is it is the only room without room darkening curtains so it got bright in there very early in the morning. The resupply area is a good idea but lacked in execution. We could never find what we...
