"Terrific little historic hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Right downtown -- walking distance to the river, nearby casinos, and (in our case) the Mudbug Madness Festival. The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!"

"Breakfast was good. Rooms could have been cleaner. A dried booger on the bathroom wall. Yuck! Room smelt and stains on the coach. Also ran out of towels every morning and coffee maker broken for two days of our stay. Staff were so friendly and kind."

"Pool was really cold but my son made the best of it. Bed was comfortable. Right off the interstate but the road noise was not bad at all."

"Very nice staff where were incredibly helpful and responsive. The gym was very run down and none of the machines worked. They could have had a water dispenser there and some dumb bells. Please fix the machines."

"They were doing renovations which made it noisy and smelled like paint. There also was not enough body wash in the containers in the shower."

"It was very clean staff was nice. Room was clean other the it looked like something got split in the window seal and it wasn’t clean and the curtains had some mold on them. "
