"Sweet little house and a smooth process of renting. Great automated communication through Vacasa. House has a happy atmosphere & is well maintained inside and out. Not a ton of cooking supplies so be sure to bring your own if you are making big meals at the house. We were so thankful to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation on the water. "We went to Shelton to visit family and found peace, quiet and a beautiful cabin. If you like to hike and are adventurous the owners will guide you to amazing trails. The outside of our cabin was the best. A swing, hammocks, and fire pit. We highly recommend this place. We’ll be back next year ."

"This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time."
