"The house was clean end kitchen thoroughly stocked with all you could need. There was a little issue with water coming in around main floor bedroom window during a heavy rain. Kim was very responsive when we contacted her about it. One of the pull out couches in the upstairs bedroom had the most comfy mattress we had ever experienced. The house offered many items to entertain with. Location was very close to Dollywood. All in all, had a wonderful experience and would love to book the area again."

"Bathroom door locks didn’t work. One person took a shower all hot water was gone. Bed mattress on bottom floor was terrible. Second floor mattress wasn’t much better. There was not enough lighting in the bedrooms r bathroom. The heater and fireplace worked great."
