"The room and bathrooms were very clean, just not newly remodeled. There is on site self service laundry available. Also breakfast and buffet lunch for a reasonable price. The front desk was helpful and let us check in early, since our room was already ready and then held our luggage for us for a few hours after we checked out. Rooms are very quiet and private even though the hotel is in the middle of an area with active night life."
"-Customer service was great
-The room was very nice and cozy for the price, it felt like a studio apartment
-Deep tub if you’re into bubble baths for relaxation
-Very quiet and peaceful"
"The location is good. It is near the subway station. It only takes around 5 minutes from exit 15 of Seomyeon station to the hotel.
I think it is a decent place to stay. Although the room is not very very clean, it is still acceptable. The room is spacious.
However, the room is not bright enough. The window is not made with glass. Instead, it is a mirror. So if the window is closed, there will be no sunlight."
"Really small one-way streets that are congested so it was extremely difficult to park. Floor was dirty with condom rappers behind the bed, room was dark and could not open window because it had no Curtain and extremely hot outside. I did not feel I could relax when I was there, and checkout early. "

"Employees are always eager to help and super nice. Wait staffs in the executive lounge recognized who are in our group/family which is impressive considering number of guests they are dealing with. Very well trained. On the beach!"

"Great place to stay when you’re in Busan, it’s in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options but at night, the noise doesn’t bother me when sleeping. Also a close walk to the subway. "
