"the ac in my room was broken, didn't cool down but in my sister's room is fine. Don't know why i didn't ask for fixing it. Overall the hotel was okay, especially booking through expedia we can get almost half the price."

"I didnot realize this hotel condition is very old and dirty now. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel before covid. Time changed. Not anymore. I would rather stay at Tentrem Hotel if I know there is Tentrem nearby. So sorry. Lobby staff are very friendly. Some staff in breakfast area seemed not happy to be there. Room ran down. Bathroom is very dirty and old. Good thing is in the mall. Not very secure because public can in and out from shopping entrance door and very shock when elevator not secured from that side. I dont know it’s only that night or always been like that without none pay attention. Unfortunately will not come back even for free. So sorry."
