“The location is great and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. The rooms, however, facing the riverwalk are noisy at night with the bars playing loud music. Be prepared for loud music if you stay here. I would recommend if you want to experience the liveliness and excitement of San Antonio’s Riverwalk.”

“This property was perfect for 3 adults (1 couple), spacious and comfortable apartment, good kitchen, bathroom, rooftop pool and fitness center. Only complaint is the wifi was not fast enough for sending files (even though we paid for the "high speed" option).”

“There was a disconnect between VRBO and the Eilan causing us to have trouble finding the reservation. At first they told us that we didn't have a reservation... The room was great other than the HVAC - it would never cool down below 73 degrees. The hotel is very nice though.”

“The condo was clean, organized, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner of the property was friendly and prompt with communication. The location was within walking distance of Schlitterbaun and a few other restaurants. We had 2 babies, a toddler, teenager and 4 adults with us and we had plenty of room.”

“Nice resort, pleasant people working there. Beds very comfy even the pull out. They offer some fun things to do in the game room like cookie decorating, grilled cheese and tomato soup evening, ect. Pool and hot tub were nice to get in after a day of walking around. Easy walk to the riverwalk.”

“The location was great but room 303 is in the front corner and had street noise all night long. Should have known when they had earplugs on the night stands. Checked out a day early it was that bad.”

“Property and amenities are wonderful. Our room was only cleaned once over a 3 night stay and toiletries were not replenished. The beds were quite hard but other than that the resort is beautiful and offers a lot to do.”

“I was expecting a bit more amenities in the condo…more than are provided in a hotel for the price and area. Though normal cooking and kitchenware were provided, there were few “basic get started”provisions there. Bedrooms and bedding were more than adequate. The kitchen space is small and I’ll designed for appliance sizes and counter/cabinet-drawer space. Comfortable rental for those who don’t not use much except for sleep and relaxing on the outdoor space.”
