Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath MIL Suite. The suite comes complete with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, washer and dryer and your own private patio overlooking the pool and the greenbelt. Bedrooms have 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, a sofa sleeper in the living room and private entrance.

We are across the street from Lynnwood Playfield, park, close to Alderwood mall, grocer stores, restaurants, Edmonds Beach and walking trails.

It was great we loved every moment of it we loved the apartment it was amazing and we were able to go 10 minutes to Edmonds waterfront and the mall the stores were closed so we love that too you guys were amazing you guys answered every time something and your husband was really nice and your daughter so we would love to stay there again again it was nice and quiet so you guys get 10 Stars And it was very convenient for us with everything nice little town⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we will definitely be back and I do recommend this to people

Mixed results
The house, property and neighborhood are very nice. But the rental unit, which is under the main house is very noisy. We heard every step, clunk and thud made above. And sadly the teenager above decided to bake in the early, early hours one morning. Also the heater for the whole house was in the center of the rental space and sounded like a jet engine… very loud and annoying. If it had not been for all the noise it would have been a nice stay. Not worth the cost.

Christmas Getaway
With this getaway, we were looking for some additional space to spend the Christmas holiday together cooking and lounging about. We were not disappointed. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. As an added bonus, they also prepped the hot tub for our usage during our visit. The fireplace and well appointed kitchen made us feel instantly at home, and we enjoyed three days of bliss relaxing and basking in front of the fire together. The primary bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Did I mention the bathroom even included a bidet. That really was a nice unexpected bonus detail. I’d love to return and enjoy this property to use the pool and hot tub during the summer since it’s so close and convenient. I highly recommend this wonderful getaway location. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts‼️

Five-star accommodations. Comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen even came with freshly baked banana bread! We enjoyed relaxing, kept warm and cozy with the gas fireplace. And the location is convenient for city business and really out in the woods for getting away from that after. This little apartment was a highlight of our visit. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful place to stay in the Seattle area. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. Expect a little noise, as the rental is a basement. It is bright and airy and very clean. Great property, but be aware
This is a clean, comfortable place to stay. The sweet treat that was left was so nice. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that they owners live upstairs, and there is a lot of noise at night. You can hear every footstep and every conversation. Luckily I'm a night owl because it didn't get quiet until midnight. Otherwise, it's great!

The setting is gorgeous, you back on to the forest, it’s beautiful and peaceful. The pool is a huge bonus of this property. Home is well equipped, comfy beds, clean and has everything you need. This VRBO was awesome! It was great for a family and well stocked. It had everything a person would want. They had the perfect banana bread waiting for us when we arrived. It was still warm. The view in the woods was beautiful and smelled like cedar pine and Cyprus. We loved every aspect of our stay. I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic and quiet location. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the accommodations with full kitchen, and available washer and dryer in our part of the property.
