"We really enjoyed our stay. The property mgr, Alicia, was excellent! Great communicator and took care of everything we needed. My only issue is that the house is too expensive for the quality of the furnishings, closets, etc. Suggest buying lots of glassware. Overall, thank you for a wonderful trip."

"This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. We had no issues with that but if someone does have...

"Great location, apartment is small (as advertised). However, if you plan on spending most of your time on the beach, this isn’t too big of an issue. The door lock is a little tricky, but once you learn it it isn’t too big of an issue. Would recommend this place for couples who don’t mind a bit of a cramped space in exchange for an ideal location."

"Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!"

"Great property with a perfect location, everything is walkable - the seaside shops, the beach, restaurants. You just park your car and get around easily on foot. It's small and quaint, is perfect for 2 and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway."
