“Stayed for the weekend. House was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Walked to the beach and Seabrook club each day. Saveurs du Monde cafe was great for breakfast and coffee in the AM. Wild life abound around the property…..deer, armadillos, hawks and other birds were seen from the deck.”

“My husband and I were very much in need of a getaway that would provide us with a place to become rejuvenated. We live in the mountains of Western NC, so a "different" wonderful view with privacy and a serene feel is what we were after. This property provided everything we were looking for. It was very clean, roomy enough for the two of us and was well stocked with pans and utensils. “Had a wonderful time with family and labradoodle. My only criticism/opinion would be the location of the washer and dryer up in the loft versus having a bathroom there.”

“The villa is beautiful. I loved the paintings in the primary bedroom. The walk to the beach is right in behind the villa, right off the porch. Having access to the amenity card was so helpful. Thank you. We lived our stay and will return in the future.”

“We chose the Villa for our 6 guest, which included family and friends. My mother is 88 and lived in Kiawah for many years before moving out west. We go back to the Islands each year and stay somewhere different. This was perfect for all of us. The back screened in porch and outside eating area is where we spent most of our time for our 3 night stay. Nice views and one floor made this a perfect stay.”

“The condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. Our only complaint was they left only one dishwashing tab for a week long stay….and they wanted you to run the dishwasher before leaving, which meant they weren’t really providing any dishwashing tabs Also the hand soap at the kitchen sink was empty. Overall we had a wonderful visit and would come again.”

“Pros: Coffee maker, French press and pre stocked coffee. Deservedly high marks for this alone. Lock box checkin process was simple (as opposed to key pick up off site) Home-y feel. Clearly a family friendly feng shui. Overall elicits cozy feels. Ceiling fan in master worked very well. Nice surrounding residential properties. Cons: Overkill is understated when used to describe the number of communications and instructions I received after booking. Literally 18 emails. Along the same……

“This house was a dream!! We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was to die for and it was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location was wonderful as well. We can't wait to return!”

“We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's.”
