Very loud music from a building across stopped me sleeping for hours (after an overnight flight). Hotel is beautiful but didnt get good sleep as it was too warm and no air conditioning or fans - at least I recommend fans in summer months, I got little sleep. Rooms could benefot from shampoo and conditioner.

I was looking forward to writing my review about this hotel. Perfect Hotel. It's beautiful, modern, clean. The service is outstanding and the personnel is welcoming and attentive. Food is delicious, including breakfast. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Great mountain hotel - nice views, food, and staff
We had a night to kill near Bregenz so we decided to book a mountain hotel. This place came up And we decided to give it a shot. The hotel is pretty much brand new, there weren’t a lot of guests there but the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountain side with direct access to lots of hiking trails that lead to the mountain tram. There’s not a whole lot to do in the area besides hiking, but it is a beautiful area if you are looking for something relaxing to go to. My room was very nice, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating the entire time. This is definitely a great hotel for the koney and we decided to give it a shot. The hotel is pretty much brand new, there weren’t a lot of guests there but the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountain side with direct access to lots of hiking trails that lead to the mountain tram. There’s not a whole lot to do in the area besides hiking, but it is a beautiful area if you are looking for something relaxing to go to. My room was very nice, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating the entire time. This is definitely a great hotel for the money!

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Spabereich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, schön und komfortabel.Als einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache zu nennen , dass sowohl Bademantel und die Badeschlappen nur in der Größe M zur Verfügung standen. Mit Größe 38 kam ich gerade so in die Schuhe rein. Also wer nicht in Größe M passt , sollte darauf achten seine Sachen mitzubringen. In der Wellness-Tasche stand ein Badetuch pro Person zur Verfügung .Im Spa Bereich gab es leider keine Handtücher zum wechseln. Leidiglich an der Rezeption konnte man ein Zweites holen. Frühstück war vielseitig und gut , nur das es um 9.00 Uhr bereits keine Brezeln mehr gab war schade. Der Barkeeper war sehr aufmerksam und lustig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zwar freundlich aber bei der Abreise wurde leider nicht mal gefragt ob es gefallen hat , bzw. ob alles gepasst hat oder gar eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Ansonsten ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir werden das Hotel bis auf die paar Eigenheiten weiterempfehlen.

Aufenthalt: Do-Sa Top: -sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter*innen (Service) (Professionell) -Unterkunft liegt Zentral zu tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B.: Skywalk Allgäu, verschiedene Wasserfälle, Rewe (Innenstadt), u.v.m. -wir hatten aus dem Hotelzimmer eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Berge -ein Wellnesshotel, bei dem man gut entspannen kann, vom Alltag abschaltet und viele tolle Angebote in Anspruch nehmen kann -besondere Pluspunkte für den Pool ( Poolbar), Jacuzzi und die Sauna! ! Eindeutiger Wiederholungsbedarf ! Ich bin glücklich und zufrieden mich für meinen Kurzurlaub für Hotel Edita entschieden zu haben

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und im Trend der Zeit erst vor wenigen Jahren errichtet. Auch die Sauna- und der Badebereich laden mit tollen Bildern zum Besuch ein. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools, morgens erst ab 8 Uhr und auch die Schließung um 20 Uhr auch im Sauna Bereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Art eher unüblich (Sauna oft bis 21 oder 22 Uhr geöffnet) und erschweren dies. Die gewünschte Erholung war so leider nicht möglich. Eine individuelle Anpassung war leider nicht möglich.

Das Hotel präsentierte sich in einem stilvollen Mix aus modernem und traditionellem Ambiente, eine Kombination, die äußerst gelungen umgesetzt wurde. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob, stets zuvorkommend und respektvoll, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Ein kleiner Zwischenfall in unserem Zimmer wurde mit einem kostenlosen Late-Check-Out, der normalerweise kostenpflichtig ist, professionell und kundenfreundlich gelöst. Das kulinarische Angebot, sowohl im Saal als auch vom Room-Service, war durchweg köstlich – abgesehen vielleicht von der Pizza, die nicht ganz unseren Geschmack traf. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage des Hotels, die es ermöglicht, direkt in das winterliche Vergnügen einzutauchen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch die Temperatur des Wassers im Innen- und Außenpool. Ein paar Grad wärmer, und es wäre das perfekte, entspannende Bad gewesen. Der Whirlpool im 4. OG könnte größer sein und war oft überfüllt, da Gäste ihn über längere Zeit für sich beanspruchten. Ein weiterer Punkt, der verbesserungswürdig ist, betrifft die Anzahl der Liegen und Sofas. Leider standen nicht genügend zur Verfügung, sodass wir uns an einem Abend geschlagen geben mussten, ähnlich wie an einem überfüllten öffentlichen Strand. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden, allerdings eher unter der Woche, um dem Trubel im Wellness- und Spa-Bereich am Wochenende zu entgehen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Ich war das erste Mal da aber bin nur überwältigt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und auch die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hotels. Essen super, kann man nur empfehlen!!! War wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt. Nur zu empfehlen.

In Allgemeinen war alles gut, aber für den Zimmerpreis waren es viel zu viele Sachen, die nicht wirklich gut funktioniert haben wie zum Beispiel zu kalte Sauna oder Schleuder gerät oder Aufzug die kaputt waren. Personal hätte auch ein bisschen besser geschult sein können.
