“The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the……

“A really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.”

“What an enjoyable and relaxing respite! The location was quiet & private but a quick drive to restaurants, sites & attractions. Best of both worlds. Our host (Brian) was friendly and gracious. He made sure we had everything we needed and was a joy to talk to. This property is definitely worth returning to!”

“The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

“We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.”

“This was a great find! Short walk to downtown, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Perfect oasis for myself, my pregnant wife, and our dog. We would definitely stay again!”

“Lovely setting. Plenty of room for 11 guests, 8 adults and 3 children ages 9, 10 and 11. The beach is amazing. Most everything worked fine. One screen door broke as did one dining room chair, but everything else in this large house worked fine. Kitchen well equipped as were outdoor facilities. We loved it so much I immediately rebooked for same weekend next year.”

“LOVED my little house on the water! It was the perfect size and everything was just what I needed. I will 100% be staying there again on any future visits. That being said, the bathroom would not be ideal for anyone in the 6' range. I am 5'6" and was a little cramped. I imagine anyone taller or who has claustrophobia would not be super pleased. I doubt they would be able to do anything different without MAJOR reconstruction so it is what it is for the size they had to work with. It was totally……

“Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck”
