"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."

"Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained. Feels like being at home with kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, beach towels, pool toys, etc. You can walk to Publix, beach stores and several good restaurants In 5 minutes. Can’t think of what I would change. We loved our 3 week stay."

This is a studio, so compact, but had all that we needed as we spent a majority of our time outside, walking on the beach, going to restaurants and shopping! All that we needed for week stay. I would definitely recommend and look forward to our next vacation adventure!"

"Great neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. House is small- like a 2 bedroom apt, but it was fine for us- as we were only two. Nice backyard. Primary bathroom should be updated. Hence the 4 star instead of 5 star review."

"Stay went well. Nice to have met Shannon in person, was helpful getting situated upon arrival! Suggestions: had some difficulty accessing wi/fi. Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! Overall very quiet setting and comfortable bed to sleep in!"
