"I have to wait for the room to be ready, 45 minutes after the check in time. I was able to enter the room given to me at 4 pm I was never offered about an upgrade, considering that my room was not ready to hnded over in time. I did ask, because i was tired from trip, if they have another room ready right away, to be able to get situated in it, but they just kept me waiting until 3:45 PM "
