At the top of the stairs (the building does not have an elevator), a charming living room, with a sleeper sofa, opens up to a covered porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves break on the shore. The guest room, queen, has a full bath, as well as a bunk nook.

A private beach access is for the building, while two public beach accesses are less than a 3-minute walk away. A rare coastal dune lake also has public beach access. Stroll to the Eastern Lake, simply beautiful, and only a five-minute walk from your condo! Perfect for kids to splash around in.

Great beach spot
The condo was clean upon arrival with the exception of the floors. I had to sweep the floors to get all the sand up. Many reviews mentioned a bad mattress but we decided to roll the dice and I thought it was fine but my husband said he didn’t sleep at all. Beach chair service was great and the condo is in a great location. Perfect if you are coming for the beach and don’t have to have a luxurious condo. If you’re driving a full size vehicle, it will stick out of the parking space. Management company was excellent to deal with. Overall we would recommend!

Awesome Getaway
This was a PERFECT spot for my daughter and me to have a little getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed having the large sliding glass door looking right out to the beach and the ocean. And of course when we wanted to go out to the beach, it could NOT have been easier or more convenient. The condo itself was updated nicely and again was just perfect for us!!!

Great location!!
We had a great stay and really loved being right by the ocean with chairs/umbrella set up for us every morning. Nice deck from the condo to look out on the beach and ocean. There were a few items we had issues with (e.g. light bulbs, coffee maker) that the host addressed very quickly. Suggestions - replace the mattress/pillows, provide a cable tv service, add rental bikes, add bottom step to the beach. it seems to be missing. wasn't an issue for us but could see it may be for older guests. Enjoy!

Off the tourist track away from the college parties and the girls walking around in the g-strings. Mostly families with kids and not super crowded area. Beautiful view and right on the beach. Great location.

This is a nice, but small, property right on the beach. It needs more kitchen equipment for those that want to cook, or you'll need bring your own. So great for couples that plan on eating out.

Great location. The property is just steps away from beach. Has everything you need. It’s not as updated as some of the other condos in this complex but still cute. There were many bugs throughout condo but I emailed the management so they could take care of it for the next guests. We love the Seagrove area and this is the best access to the beach there is. Very easy checkin process and communication with management.

Location is great…it’s a place to stay not relax
Location is fantastic! Getting to the beach was so easy, could walk up for lunch, didn’t need to haul tons of stuff to the beach bc we rented chairs right on property! The condo is basic. Kitchen has the necessities to cook meals. Fridge produced ice and was clean. The downside: the owners HAVE to replace the furniture! The chair was grimy and sandy we wouldn’t sit on it. The couch same!! My parents joined me and kids on the trip…so I let them have the one bedroom, kids took the bunks in the hall, and me the pull out couch. The only bedding on beds is sheets and a sheet like blanket. Twin size pillows that are very flat. Sadly there wasn’t any extra blankets or bedding for the pull out couch. Managment has offered to Reimburse me, as we had to drive to Target late to get bedding. The pull out couch is so broken down the springs actually pinch you, so glad I bought a heavy blanket which I laid on top of. I wouldn’t put even kids on the pull out. The bedroom bed was average again basic. Kids liked the bunks, but there isn’t privacy. Patio incredible views, we saw dolphins! Neighbors were polite. You have to share the one washer and dryer with all 9 units. There was trash around the property, lazy people not picking up after themselves. Each unit gets one parking spot and it’s reallllly tight. If the owners could just upgrade the furniture, bedding, and all around seating/dining situation….it could be a great place. There was two small toddlers that were in the unit above us and started running at 6am till 8am….and you hear every step! I let management know the light in bedroom didn’t work, the outlet in bathroom didn’t either.

We have stayed at Leeward II a few times in the past but never in winter. 60°+ was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and listening to the waves crash in. I cannot imagine a place any closer to the water. That is what we came for, that view. The building is a little weathered and the condo wasn't immaculate, but we were content. All of the contact surfaces were very clean. I wonld not hesitate to rent again, and I would highly recommend the condo.
