"This hotel is a gem. It is conveniently located to the train station, water bus and water taxi, which made our departure much easier than it might have been otherwise. The staff was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and we felt that our money was well spent in this hotel. I would recommend it to all and if I return to Venice will definitely book again."

"We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. "Glamorous place - we loved hanging in the garden on the gran canal and drinking local wines while the vaparetto drive by. People were kind there, though no one could help us find live music or dancing on a Saturday night - it must be out there!? We will return if our budget allows it.."

"The location of this hotel is perfect…close enough to walk to everything but away from the biggest crowds. There is a wooden patio facing The Grand Canal…perfect to sit and watch the boats and gondolas. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. "Great place to stay in Venice. Very conveniently located to Piazzale Roma. Great views of the canals from your room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also spoke very good English, which was a big plus for us! We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer."
