Your OWN Private Refuge ON 10 Acres IN Santa Ynez

Enjoy your own private residence set on 10 acres centrally located to all of the Valley's finest restaurants, wineries and activities in this 2 bedroom 1 bath casita. Set among horse ranches with striking mountain views, we are just 1/2 mile from downtown Santa Ynez, 3 miles from Los Olivos and 5 miles from Solvang.

All the comforts of home await you in this Spanish-style home complete with plaster walls, vaulted ceilings and terra cotta tile. It is completely private and separate from the main house where the owners reside with their 2 beloved dogs who are fenced in their own private yard.

The great room features a large picture window affording spectacular views of the property, a large gas fireplace with hearth and numerous windows to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 43" Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, DirecTV service and a DVD player with a wide assortment of DVD's. High speed WiFi recently added. A secretary desk is the perfect place for your computer work.

The primary bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed to guarantee a wonderful night's sleep. Windows on either side of the bedroom provide views of the beautiful landscape. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds which can be separated or combined to form one Queen size bed.

A fully stocked kitchen offers everything for the most industrious cook. Grind your coffee beans and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or on the back patio. Full spice rack and cooking oils make it easy to prepare dinner at home.
Dining for 4 in adjacent breakfast area.

A lovely patio includes a table for 4, additional seating and an outdoor grill. Your covered carport houses a sports locker of sports equipment and a basketball hoop sits across the driveway.

This is the perfect getaway for families and couples.
Comfortable, convenient and tranquil........all the makings for the perfect vacation stay.

We are dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum for a flat fee of $30.00 paid at time of booking. Please bring your own beds/crates. NO CATS

Another epic trip to Santa Ynez
Leo and Jeanne are so welcoming, friendly and kind this is or second time with them. We love it so much we are going back next week. The grounds are private, manicured great to chill close to many great wineries and eateries and our dogs love it as well Thank you and see you soon And yes those are facts clogs We will get them On our return from Carmel Valley.

Worth the drive and price
We loved our getaway at the Casita. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to town. Jeanne and Leo were amazing and very warm and welcoming. Also very dog friendly and their two small dogs were really sweet. Check in and check out instructions were very simple and it helps the place is easy to keep clean. Definitely plan on going back in the future

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Ynez at Jeanne and Leo’s place. It was relaxing and there were nice touches like coffee beans in the fridge and a banana walnut cake for breakfasts. Santa Ynez is very close although the town is not walker-friendly. Los Olivos and Solvang are also so close and accessible. The casita is comfortable if a little tight in places. There are a lot of bugs which is a function of the locale. Jeanne could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

It was perfect for us. We had our new dog with us. It was so nice to have a big back yard far off the road to go outside with him. The property owners are lovely. The house is neat and clean. The location is great. Overall, a nice respire.

As advertised, a lovely, relaxing stay on a ranch in inland sb county. Wonderful Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. Check in and out was a breeze. Jeanne was a perfect host, ready with a warm welcome but also respectful of privacy. She thinks of every detail! The location is gorgeous, with acres to walk around and enjoy the scenery and nearby farm life. We spent much of our trip just relaxing in and around the house. Our dogs loved it! The house itself is very inviting, with tons of decoration and art, and there's plenty of space. It was prepared with anything we could need, including some delicious snacks and coffee. Lots of very thoughtful touches.

The casita is in a quiet location, lots of space, and filled with all the amenities for a delightful stay. The casita in Santa Ynez is the perfect spot to unwind and rediscover nature. The property is quiet and allows you to visit horses and cows on the extensive grounds. If you prefer to cook at home, you have both an indoor and outdoor option. The casita is very clean, beds are comfortable, and shower water pressure awesome! Overall, the property and attentiveness of the owners makes the casita in Santa Ynez a gem.

Lovely Santa Ynez stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanne and Leo's house in Santa Ynez. Sparkling clean with super comfy beds and pillows. Well appointed kitchen. We dined one night outside on the back patio and then enjoyed a glorious sunset while we watched the neighbors horses, a highlight of our trip as we felt truly submersed in the Santa Ynez vibe! I had the pleasure of chatting with Leo, super friendly and interesting! All in all, a wonderful time at this VRBO!

Perfect Retreat
We were looking for a perfect getaway spot from San Diego, and we found it. The Casita is in such a tranquil setting, and the owners clued us in to such wonderful places as El Rancho Market. It has everything you need. This is the perfect location to explore Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Los Olivos, and only about 50 minutes from Santa Barbara. We look forward to a return stay.
