I concur with other reviews walls are thin and can hear your 'neighbors'. Agree about the metal enclosure around the bottom of the beds you bump/kick it & its super loud. Large rooms great front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy and quick, and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, roomy and modern. Only complaint was the walls were on the thin side, could loudly and clearly hear the people in the adjacent room which had the door to allow to share both rooms. The walls are too thin. Location is great, not far from downtown Sta Barbara, the mission, McConnela Ice Cream which is a local favorite.

I never actually stayed here but the front desk clerk was nice enough to give me a refund because she could not find the room I wanted. Awesome hotel for that, sometimes the hotel will not provide a refund even if you have a valid reason but this hotel truly cares
