Tried to check in and no one was in the front desk

Hi Bernice, Hope this message finds you well. I did look into this further and watched my cameras for entire shift on the 26th and my employee was at the front desk the entire evening until 5 am. I watched her check several guest in are you sure you went to the correct location? We have even attempted to reach out to you several times via the number on file
