“It was a great place to stay, I feel the only thing that disappointed us was as a guest you still had to pay for the subbed by the pool. The 40 euro per lounger entitled you to tacos and two drinks but this did not justify the price. The wine measures were small and if you went two days running the menu was not a great it was very small and not great for my son. The pool was great and the staff were great but it was an expense that did not deliver! X”

“The hotel room, bed and breakfast is quite good but the front desk staffs service are extremely poor. When we check in take about 1 hour+ and the staffs attitude are poor and unfriendly. We requested the taxi 2 days in advance but there is no action taken. At the end the staff arrange private car which is much more expensive than taxi without inform us. So we are really disappointed with the front desk staff service.”

“I had good stay in this hotel, the location is really good , 5mins walk from Glòries station, supermarket, restaurants nearby, the hotel is new and beautiful with amazing view of rooftop, the room is really nice and comfortable. One thing I’m not satisfied is the room’s insulation. Overall I still recommend this hotel to others. Thanks”

“Mostly we took 5 to 10 minuets to get into the elevator simply because too many guests waiting for. The breakfast is excellent because many varieties for selection. ”

“This hotel didn't look like what I had seen on the picture! The room is small, the bed is not comfortable at all, the sheet had a bad smell, and the water for showering became very cold frequently. The dinner we had on the first floor in the hotel was really terrible! The beef has bad smell and is hard to bite. However, the room is clean, which is the only thing that comfort me after a exhausting day.”
