Great House
We were in Sanford for my great niece's birthday party. Murphy's house was perfect for our family of 9. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, plenty of room for everybody, the rooms were nice, beds were comfy and Murphy responded right away to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Attended Wedding in Sanford, FL
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home during a 3-day stay for our niece's wedding. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was a gated community, and all the homes were very well maintained. Our host was immensely helpful along the way with any questions. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property and will certainly stay here again if in the area.

All you need
House was described as is. It was excellent for our 3 night stay to visit Friends and Family before we headed to Tampa for our Cruise. Community pool was nice and very clean. Everything you need within a 10 mile radius from Restaurants to Grocery Stores. Grill was huge! Excellent communication with Mr. Murphy. Thank you for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

We stayed one night since we had an early morning flight from SFB. The airport was right across the road, so this was a great location. It’s a clean, spacious, lovely home. One thing I didn’t pick up on in the listing is that it’s a community pool, not a pool in the backyard, but we didn't plan to use the pool anyway. One other small thing was we arrived around 9pm and it turns out there’s a gate across the neighborhood road to get in. I don’t remember getting a gate code, so we needed to drive through the gate following another car. No big deal, but I wasn’t expecting that. The house was great, the carpet upstairs made it nice and quiet for sleeping, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

The house is great!!! Just like the pics. Host was wonderful. Got back with us very quickly. My only suggestion is the room with the twin beds are glass French doors. Works well for little kids but I had a 19 year old. Maybe blinds would be nice to add

Wow, this was an amazing property, especially compared to many other (Orlando area) properties we have stayed at through VRBO. Very spacious and top notch amenities. The kids thought we were staying at quite the fancy place lol! Master bedroom and bathroom were exquisite and all the rooms were a big size. Owner was very accommodating and very prompt in discussions. Pool was in the neighborhood (~0.5 miles, 2 minute drive) and was a quiet little getaway for our youngest on one of the days. Definitely recommend

Our stay at the Murphy Residence was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the baseball fields and minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. Lakwan was very responsive and helpful. I recommmend this property to anyine looking to stay in the Sanford area.

Amazing stay!
This property is just as described online. There were no issues and it was the best experience for our first time using Vrbo. The host was very quick to respond from the initial booking up until we checked out. They gave amazing recommendations to places to eat, shop and explore. Truly above and beyond our expectations and worth using vs a standard hotel, clean and very cozy home with more than enough room for us and the kiddos. We enjoyed the trip and if we ever visit the area again we plan to stay here!!

Stayed only one night, but would definitely have stayed longer. Easy gate & house access, love that it’s in a quiet, gated residential community. Fenced in back yard. Very clean and lots of small appliances for cooking. Comfy beds and pillows, and we are particular about that. Murphy the host was very responsive and prompt to our questions. Lots of different areas throughout the home if you’re staying with children and other friends. Convenient location. Will definitely book again when we’re in the area.

Sanford in Style
Great home in Sanford with a modern touch and upscale feel. Very spacious and accommodating with more than enough room and activities for 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2 -13. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walks and enjoying time at the pool and playground. It's also close to many local attractions with convenient access to major roadways for getting around town. The owners are very responsive and have made this a wonderful place to stay when away from home.
